bread with sour milk

The last time I went shopping I got a litre of sour milk for 40% off. And of course I want to use it up.
Since I had also eaten my bread, I felt it was a good idea to bake a new one.
This bread reminds me a lot of the so-called house bread that I used to love eating in Austria.

Here is my recipe:
Ingredients:
750g wheat flour
250g wholemeal flour
1 pack of dry yeast
450ml lukewarm water
250ml sour milk lukewarm
20g salt
1 tablespoon bread spice
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead for a few minutes until you have a smooth dough
Now turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and divide it into 2 parts, which are then formed into loaves of bread
You can place the loaves either in floured proving baskets, in a mold or on a baking tray
now the dough can be covered and left to rise in a warm place for 1 hour
If you have the loaves of bread in the proving baskets, they are now turned out onto a baking tray
The breads are now baked in the preheated oven at 200 degrees O/B for about 40 minutes
also place an ovenproof bowl with water in the oven
