Yogurt-lemon cake - super moist and fresh

The days are getting longer, the temperatures are rising and you're starting to feel like getting some summer on your plate again?
So why not with a delicious, fresh and super moist yogurt and lemon cake?

And here comes the recipe for you!
Ingredients:
300g flour
180g sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 lemon
4 eggs
200g yogurt
200ml neutral oil
optionally some powdered sugar for dusting
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees O/U, grease and flour a springform pan or cake tin
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl
Wash the lemon and mix the zest with the dry ingredients
Add eggs, yogurt and oil and mix everything into a smooth dough
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes
Let cool and dust with icing sugar if desired
And now it’s ready and ready to be enjoyed!
