This is a very tasty, fresh dish that takes you to Greece.
Juicy chicken breast, vegetables, baked potato, fresh salad and creamy dip.

Ingredients:
250g chicken breast
1 lemon
salt, pepper, paprika, garlic
400g potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 cucumber
100g yogurt
1 tomato
100g shepherd's cheese/feta cheese/salad cheese
Parsley
Preparation:
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
Juice half a lemon, pour it over the meat and add spices (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic)
Mix everything together and set aside
Cut the unpeeled potatoes into quarters or eighths depending on their size and place them in a bowl
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and spices (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic) to the potato and mix well
The potatoes are now spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and baked for about 25-30 minutes at 170 degrees until golden brown
Press the 2 garlic cloves until the skin loosens slightly and bake with the potatoes for 10 minutes - then remove and let cool
Cut 1/2 onion into 2cm pieces, cut the peppers into 2cm pieces and fry everything together with the chicken pieces in a pan for 6-8min
Put the yogurt into a small bowl and press in the cooled garlic - season with salt and pepper and a little lemon juice
Cut the remaining onion, cucumber and tomato into strips and place in a bowl
Finely chop the parsley, crumble the cheese and add it to the onion, cucumber and tomato along with salt, pepper and lemon juice - mix everything well
Now everything can be arranged on the plate!
Bon appetit!
