Natural color powder

I also grow various vegetables in my garden - including beetroot. This year I had a good harvest. But you can't just eat and use the beetroot itself. No, the leaves and stems are also healthy and can be easily turned into a natural coloring powder.

And the best thing about it? It's so easy to make.

What you need:

• dried beetroot stalks

• a chopper, an electric coffee grinder or a mortar

• a container for storage

And this is how it works:

• fill the dried stems into your machine or mortar

• grind everything until only a fine powder remains

• Fill the powder into a container and keep it dry
